I have been trying to get C64 emulation working on my Pi 0 Raspiboy setup and I have never been able to get it running to 100% speed with the latest version of RetroPie. The VICE 64 emulator has been clocking around 33% - even with Warp off. I have disabled CRT emulation and other settings. No dice.
